United Custom Shutters was founded by Rick Ramirez in 1990 in El Paso, Texas. All of our woodwork is handcrafted by some of the most talented carpenters in Texas. Our shutters are 100% U.S. made and our wood comes from a green eco friendly company. The shutters are custom built to fit all types and sizes of windows. They are painted with a oilbased paint in any color and are also available in any color stain. We offer a wide variety of louver sizes, from 2 1/2" 3 1/2" and 4 1/2".
